A delicious, easy to cook, boneless alternative to the Whole oven ready bird. The same amount of meat, just all the hard work is done for you!

Prepared by plucking the bird first and then taking the breast off the crown. This gives us a tasty, juicy parcel into which the minced thigh meat, with added Moroccan seasoning is placed. Then wrapped back up and tied, to form a wonderfully convenient Pheasant dish.  

The Moroccan stuffing in this delicious offering is a north African inspired fruit and spice mix. Chopped Apricots and whole raisins combine with cinnamon and nutmeg to replicate the flavours of Morocco, which compliment this dish and all game so well. 

Ideal for roasting, it is delicious when first cooked, otherwise make a tasty sandwich the following day.

To roast simply place in a hot oven (200c- 220c) for 30 - 35 mins

Packaged as a brace (2 birds), average weight 800gms.
